H.U.M.P. Day!

Wednesday October 20, 2010

Greetings People of God!

With all the stuff going on around us, it's hard to remember we're in the midst of an election.  There are people running for the senate, and a few candidates vying to be this state's next Governor.  Let's keep it real yall, it's time for us to be heard in Washington, Tallahassee, and in our own cities.  The people of God have to continue to stand for the Word of God in our homes, schools, and at the polls.

Today's mission is research.  First of all, we have to vote.  We can't continue to sit back and make up "spiritual" reasons for not doing so any more.  When the Body of Christ refuses to go into activation, laws are passed in our state and nation that move us further and further away from the Father's heart.  That being said, find all the information you can on the candidates running for office.  It's important to know where they stand on critical issues such as same-sex marriage and abortion.  Prepare yourself to make "informed" decisions, not decisions based on TV commercials, or politcal party affiliations.

So c'mon everyone! Let's be heard in these elections.  Let's make sure these candidates take us seriously.  It's up to you now.  Happy H.U.M.P. Day!
