Blessings, Friends and Lifers! This week, we're focusing on relationships inside the church. So it's time to apply what we've been learning. If you're one of those saints who's never had a meaningful conversation with another saint, we challenge you to do that today. What we mean by that is this: go out of your way to find out something about another believer you didn't know before. Maybe you've never even exchanged phone numbers with another person that you worship with. Do it today. Even more importantly, commit to praying for that person and his or her family on a regular basis.
For those of you who already do this, your challenge will be to restore a relationship with another believer at your church that has been breached in the past. God doesn't care who was right or wrong. Remember that if you left this earth today and stood before the Father, whatever you tried to explain to Him about the other person would be of no consequence. Reconcile with that person today. There are blessings being held up in your life until you do it. God is a God of relationships. That's the very reason He offered His Son as a peace offering to restore relationship with us although WE WERE WRONG.
We pray that, as you take a bold step of faith and follow God's heart today, He will flood your hearts with His love and grace to make or renew covenant relationships. What an awesome, strong body He'll have when we restore the broken places! Be blessed in Jesus' Name.
